  If you happen to change your mind about an order, please get in touch with us at 1-212-730-9267 with your order number. Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. If the order has been already shipped then you can process a return.

  If you cancel your order, we issue a refund the same day. However, it may take up to 10 working days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

  How long does delivery take once an order is placed?

  Some of Rekiya Designs items are always in-stock and some are custom made after your order is placed. Items which are in-stock will ship within 2-3 working days. The estimated arrival date for custom made orders is approximately four weeks.

  What care instruction should we follow?

  We make all of our jewelry with the highest standard for fine jewelry quality. With high-quality materials and precious gemstones comes some extra care but with the right maintenance and care routine, your jewelry will continue to shine and sparkle as if it is brand new.

  As a general care tip, don’t wear your jewelry when exercising, swimming and cleaning.

  When not being worn, keep it in a safe dry place, and store pieces separately to avoid damage.

  Maintain the shine of your jewelry by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, acids etc.

  14k and 18k solid gold pieces can last forever, so you can wear your jewelry every day, everywhere. While 14k and 18k gold is made to last a lifetime, it does require gentle care and occasional polishing.
