Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

Rekiya Designs jewelry items can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. The jewelry should be returned in its original and unused condition, including the original packaging and full documentation. If the jewelry meets its original condition, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot refund you. We do not offer exchanges.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact Rekiya Designs by sending an email to info@rekiyadesigns.com. After receiving the item and confirming its original condition with the product tag attached, you will be entitled to a refund.

Return Shipping

We do not offer free return shipping. You are responsible for the costs of shipping your return item. If you want to secure the shipping of your jewelry piece, we strongly recommend shipping with a tracking code or using insured shipping.

Exclusions

Personalized or custom-made or 'made-to-order' jewelry is excluded from returns. Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Your Rekiya Designs jewelry piece comes with a product tag. If this tag is not removed, we can offer a full refund. If the tag is removed and you wish to return your purchase, we charge a 20% restocking fee of the total item price. This amount will be deducted from the total item price, and the remaining amount will be transferred back to you via your original payment method.

Repairs

If your jewelry arrives damaged, you are entitled to request a repair or replacement. Let us know upon delivery that your purchase is damaged or broken, and we will repair and replace the piece as soon as possible. Please be mindful that the piece should be unworn and with the product tag in its original condition.

International Returns

If you are outside of the US and want to return an item, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including customs or other handling fees.

Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that a returned item arrives undamaged or unbroken. We will not be able to refund you for damaged items. For this reason, we ask that you ensure the jewelry is packed properly when returning an item to prevent damage during transit.
